It's the time of cold hands and sore throats, but tea is here to save you!

Morning tea

Pfffttt no way. You need coffee.

But if your insides do feel gross, some Earl Grey or Green tea should do the trick.

Afternoon tea

Yerba Mate or Genmai Cha with Matcha.

Steep for a couple of minutes, add a teaspoon of honey and a splash of almond milk. Tastes like a delicious dessert and give you a bit of energy to get through the rest of the day.

Nighttime tea

Chamomile, Valerian, Rose Hip, Mint - sleepy and delicious herbs to relax you. Drink it warm, go easy on the honey.

Sick tea

Fresh ginger, lemon, and a ton of raw honey. You need to feel the spicy ginger coat your throat.

Allergy tea

Nettle leaf - warm in the colder months, cold in the summer. Have it plain and lots of it.

Summer tea

Barley tea. Chill a giant jug and enjoy throughout the day. Much more refreshing than just plain water.
